May bank holiday brought new haircuts!

As there was no shows this weekend for me...i decided today to give Hoochi a new haircut as yesterday i clipped Cola's coat off as she spends alot of her walk trying to find puddles to lie in!!! Im pleased i did this as i found 3 ticks on her which i would not otherwise have found...

Great to have a bank hols but for me with my adhd i get bored very quickly! lol lol im happier busy then nothing to do...(ps my friends think i have adhd as i cant sit still for long at shows!!:))

Chart get a BHols visit from Auntie Sue and he was over the moon!

How many dogs!!!

Today bumped into Jane and Caz on Chertsey Meads and all in all we had 15 dogs! What is your record number of dogs on a walk??? Lovely walk and Cola just about managed to behave herself! lol

I was very good, kept Cola indoors for 2 and half days...took her for a walk this morning and she was smiling and trying to play with hooch!! ha ha...bless.....nice to have her back...

Cola visits the chiro

Like many dog owners you presume that your dogs are fit and well until they give you reason to suggest something might not be quite right...as Cola has visited Merrissa (our chiro) since she was 2yrs i thought after her last visit in 2008 it was time to get her checked out. I am now pleased that i knew that there was something not quite right with her and in fact her spine was the shape of a banana! and her hips were out...bad news is i have to keep her quiet for 2 days!!! lol i did ask Merrissa what this meant and she said no exercise apart from toilet! She may need to go back in a month time as it was a significant displacement but fingers crossed she will bounce back without any further problems...the reason i took her was she kept stopping and turning around to see if she had something on her back and didnt like wearing her harness! i wonder how many dogs out there are also in pain and cant tell us and are in need of some manipulation...Merrissa wondered if she had been wrapped around something! lol

The sweet thing was i walked Peps and Hooch obviously without her this afo and little Hoochi spent his whole time looking back at the car to see if Cola was coming and where was she!!! i never realised how close he was to her...not like Peps who didnt bat an eyelid!! lol
