I'm not a cat person BUT....here is Ramsey!

Well Ramsey is an absolute nutter if he was a collie everyone would want him...lol he climbs everything and balances on clothes driers, likes looking at himself in the mirror, and flies around the house at top speed! hes the size of small toy but cracks you up...my sis picked him up last sunday from Jane's house in Devon and luckily he slept all the way home on her friends knee! he settled in straight away and has even found his spot on the bed next to Chelsea (my sis other cat)...here are some piccies

ooo i liked this title on Bernadette's blog and decided to try and think of 7 things about me that u may not know and my woofs!!

ME:

1. went to a private school in the 80's and boarded for a couple of years! (yes and it was mixed boarding!) lol
2. used to be in the first team at school playing goal shooter in Netball...had to play against my sis during training as she was also in the team but as goal keeper!! and she was 2 academic years above me...height definately helped!
3. i used to own a motorbike and have my licence!
4. favourite food is anything! lol
5. Peps was my first dog but have also owned an australian cattle dog who unfortunately got hit by a car and didnt survive and a PBGV! so definately like my abc's...
6. mmm running out of things to say now! i have a degree in art for the community...which wasnt much use really...ooo also forgot i never painted with the colour green! as some know cant stand the colour green!
7. i have a bro and sis...my bro is getting married this year and is 11yrs younger!

phew...that was hard...hope these facts were interesting!! ha ha

WOOFS:

1. Peps got scanned when she was 2yrs to see if she was pregnant!! and i was told there would be 5/6 puppies...ha ha as she wasnt pregnant! she was shortly spayed after this...lol
2. Cola has been bitten by an adder, been poisoned, hit an airbag at 40mph, had stitches in her stomach, stabbed her eye with a stick just missed the retinar! as u can imagine she is insured! lol she is just that type of dog!
3. Hooch is only 1 of 2 his sister went into the show ring with the breeder maybe this is why he loves the agility ring! his favourite dog is a sheltie and this is colas fav dog too!!
4. Peps will be 10yrs in oct and has had 4 homes! (moved with me and not rehomed 4 times!) lol
5. Hooch only plays with one toy...a latex spider that he had from a puppy...he wont play with any other toy!
6. Cola was sold to me as a pedigree ESS! my friends have had numerous guesses on her breed...jack russel comes up alot
7. Cola and Peps best friends are Holly (irish terrier) Remi (otterhound) and Rupert (ESS), Max (Sprollie) and of course all of Lians shelties...:)

KC Fest and DINAS news

Had a great time at KC fest and DINAS but it was also nice to come home to electricity and a bed!! Hooch did ok...still no clears in agility but he managed two 2nd places in jumping at DIN with lovely trophies and a 4th in the other jumping class...still need to work on his contacts! lol

Photos of the estuary that we went to everyday...it was nearly always deserted and pep enjoyed the swims and as u can see Cola found her own entertainment...think she might need to try rock climbing next! lol

KC Festival & DINAS!

Woooohooooo its nearly here again...off on hols for 10 days...cant wait...mind u my friends would say i am on a perm holiday at the mo!! lol Hooch has been bathed and clipped all ready for shows and Cola too...mind u she found the muddy puddle yesterday on the common so will be going back in the bath later today!

Hoochi wins in2 Grade 5 at Dog Vegas xx

Jane and i decided to do a different show this year so we entered Dog Vegas which was up in Grantham, Lincs!! bloody long way for me to tow caravan as i get bored quickly and i hate the A1 but the journey both ways was ok....we arrived on Thurs which made it a long weekend...lovely camping pitches and enermous exercise areas which pleased Cola as she could go off hunting! i did take my camera with me but forgot to use it!! lol....

Now any other agility adventurers out there will prob agree with me when i say the standard further North isnt as high as down south but they seem to think that putting everything into a course is a must...!!! boxes, pull throughs go rounds, WALLS! as u can imagine Hooch has never seen a wall before so on the friday he ran round it in both his jumping courses!! so guess what the judge on the sat decided to put it into her course i was devastated as i only needed one more jumping win to go into grade 5! anyway i got the caravan cushions out and made a wall before i ran the course and hoochi jumped it...so off we went...it was wall, jump, tunnel...phew he was over the wall now just had to get him through weaves and past a tunnel entrance home! he rattled no 19 jump but it stayed up and he won the class by 3 secs....27 secs!! not bad for such a short arse!! lol....sooo pleased he worked really well this weekend and did some very difficult courses and got all his weaves all weekend and most of his contacts just a few pilot errors and he would have come home with more trophies...

Ha ha talk about trophies it has a photo of a kelpie on it!!! why would u put that on it!! think i am going to put a piccie of poodle over it!! lol

DINAS and KC festival next now no pressure so can really enjoy these shows...
